SOLD! 13 yr old palomino mare. 15.00hh $6500.00 CDN Open to offers. Freckles Playboy, Doc Tari, and Sonny Dee Bar on papers. Registered paint breeding stock (paint through maternal line). Would make excellent cattle penning or sorting horse. Was started as 2yr old and trained for cutting and cowhorse at 3yr old by my uncle Lyle Pambrun, then sold to family friend. Has been ridden on trail quite a bit. Hauls well and good for farrier. I have ridden her quite a bit this summer and used to move cattle through pastures and to sort pairs and split off calves for brandings, etc. She definitely remembers her herd work and can read cows. Handles well in the snaffle bit. Selling for family friend, they are wanting to find a good home for her.

SOLD "I Am Perfection", aka: Popeye Sire: Perfect Possibility Dam: Crystal Prospector 2008 (7yr) Sorrel Gelding Asking $15,000.00 CDN (plus GST), SOLD Popeye has a proven pedigree. His sire: Perfect Possibility (from Dee Butterfield) is a well know producer of numerous succesful futurity and derby finalists and champions, as well as 1D money earners and pro rodeo money earners both Canada and US. His dam: Crystal Prospector is a producer of multiple futurity and derby finalists and champions as wells. Namely my good horse Jammer who was a fast time winner Estivan Derby and Thorsby Open Champion Prairie Gold Stallion Stakes as 6yr old the year before the CBHI started, and Jammers full sister Sassie Crystal Honor a multiple futurity and derby finalist and CBHI Derby champion, and pro rodeo money earner, and CFR mount. Popeye is a very strong, powerful, and quick to accelerate horse. He showed strong potential in his futurity year and accoomplished a few top 10 and top 12 finalists. He has run 17.7's in the Ponoka Calnash Ag arena. He had limited showing during his 6yr old year due to my focus on other horses (ie: client stallions and Moons Dyna). He has been used for many things, has been trail ridden, used to snub colts to halter break and pony horses for conditioning, has been used to move cows in pasture, and has been introduced to/exposed to mounted shooting as well, to name a few. He has not been shown this year for no particular reason other than other life demands (farm, family, etc). He has been used this past summer (by family), and this past winter I have been heading with him on slow cattle. He has been handling the box well and is starting to rate and track and get to his spot better. Stopping, turning and pulling cattle is no problem for him, and he can face up quick.
